Customer Satisfaction! We at Able Auto will make every effort to deliver your vehicle within the agreed time frame. However, if we can't arrange transport for your vehicle, we will refund your money. If your vehicle can not be delivered within the agreed timeframe, we will reimburse you up to $30.00 per day, the cost of a rental car (see our guarantee for details.)

We Protect. Our policy and procedures are designed to protect you and your property. Unlike some of our competitors, we will never transport your vehicle(s) without a written contract that states: type of vehicles, origin and destination, pick-up dates, and the total price. 

Important Insurance Information. Many companies consider your insurance coverage as primary and theirs secondary. This means your insurance company is responsible for paying for any damages incurred during transport.

Able Auto requires all of our carriers to maintain primary insurance to cover any damage caused through negligence.

We Want to Talk With You. At Able Auto Transportation we guarantee that you will NOT be bounced through a voicemail system only to be forced to leave a message. We pledge that you will always get a friendly and helpful customer service representative when you call during normal business hours.
